With a plethora of little shops and ice cream huts dotted on the seafront, you can get your heart rate back down with some yummy treats after you’ve taken on the Zip (maybe let your tummy settle first though).

Brighton Open Market

If you’d rather keep your feet firmly on the ground, how about taking a meander through Brighton’s open market. Home to over 50 of the city’s most talented creators, the market offers visitors a plethora of fresh, nutritious foods and ethical products, alongside toys, clothes, homeware and even furniture.

Brighton’s Sea Life Centre has been a popular attraction for those of all ages for many years. With a wide range of intriguing animals to marvel at, you can wander through the aquarium, learning key facts about the beautiful animals that call the centre their home.
